  • The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before payment is finalized.

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, fees, and charges (including brokerage, administration, airport handling, and import fees) imposed by the destination country.

  • SiamSouq is not liable for shipping delays beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • SiamSouq is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the courier.
