  • We accept returns only for damaged, defected, or missing parts. We do not provide any refunds or returns for Change of Mind.
  • If you have received damaged, defected, or missing parts, immediately contact our team and we will be happy to provide a replacement or refund for the part within 14 days of the receiving date.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
  • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return meets our eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including:
    • Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Items returned more than 14 days after the receiving date.

Exchanges:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
